Villa Cascinotto has been recently renovated with respect to the local heritage, by local craftsmen and artisans, with every detail carefully considered to create a space that has quality and longevity at its core. The interior is decorated to exude a warm, minimalistic atmosphere, with a mix of traditional Italian and Northern European design.  

The villa is a holiday home that has been carefully designed to radiate traditional Piemontese countryside charm, while also offering all the modern amenities required for a luxurious holiday. With its serene surroundings, this villa provides a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of modern life. 

the bedrooms

Villa Cascinotto features five comfortably appointed bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. Each bedroom comes with king-size beds. The rooms are bright and airy, with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor. It is a generously-sized suite with its own bathroom and separate doorway that leads to a spacious patio and is ideal for guests who may not wish to climb the stairs.

Upstairs, you will find the calm and elegant master bedroom. It comes with an en-suite master bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a standalone tub with picturesque views of the Italian landscape. From this bedroom, you have private french-door access to the sizable first-floor terrace.

Three other bedrooms occupy this floor; a large double bedroom with two king-size beds, an additional guestroom featuring a private balcony and an amply-sized bedroom equipped with a charming French balcony and an integrated office space.

THE BATHROOMS

Serene and calm, the bathrooms ooze tasteful elegance and timelessness. There are 3 full bathrooms in total. 2 ensuites, and a large one to be shared between 2 rooms on the first floor. Additionally there is a guest restroom next to the dining area on the ground floor.

THE LIVING AREAS

Located on the ground floor, the open and spacious living areas are perfect for entertaining, with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The modern Italian artisan kitchen, with its open fireplace, invites you to cook and chat over a wonderful bottle of wine. A dream space for every cooking aficionado and their fans!

The kitchen opens to the dining area, with space to seat 12+ diners comfortably around the 3.40 metre-long solid oak dining table. This is, in turn, connected to the living room.

From the ground floor, there is easy indoor access to the ancient wine cellar underneath the house through elegant glass doors.

THE OUTDOORS

One of the most beautiful features of this villa is the relaxing pool area. The clear blue 15x5m saltwater infinity pool looks out over the magnificent Piemonte scenery. It is illuminated at night, providing a wonderful place to hang out in the evening and enjoy the countryside at rest.

Aside from the pool, there are various terraces and corners where you can relax, enjoy the landscape or indulge in some morning yoga.

Noteworthy among these are a generous portico seating 12+ diners, a roomy north-west facing terrace also seating 12+ and a secluded lowered lounge patio with a large outdoor sofa. All these areas overlook the pool.

One of the most beloved aspects of life at Villa Cascinotto is the opportunity for al fresco cooking and dining, and the presence of the 6 -burner BBQ elevates this experience. Grilling your dinner becomes captivating when admiring the magnificent sunset in the distance!
